Usefully sized, the Shedlands HD 10x12 Pent Shed, can be a storage area or location for a host of other activities.
Shedlands has years of expertise in designing and manufacturing garden buildings. This sturdy shed utilises concealed internal screws (which offer additional security and a cleaner aesthetic) rather than staples. Timber, not cheaper chipboard, is present throughout the structure, including a tongue and groove roof and floor.
The framing is smooth planed 50mm x 50mm, with cross bracing to give the shed extra strength - a necessary feature given the unpredictability of the British weather.
Shiplap cladding makes for a smart exterior, and the timber has been treated with an oil-based preservative. Another attractive feature is the three Georgian style joinery windows - each glazed with 3mm horticultural glass, allowing plenty of light to stream inside. One is also top-hinged and opens for ventilation - a useful option during the summer and hot weather.
You can choose between the standard 3ft single door or double doors - all are braced for strength and fitted with zinc hinges and a rim lock.

If you chose not to purchase the base frame then it is your responsibility to prepare a suitable, hard standing flat base prior to delivery of the building. The installation team must have clear access to the install site

This product range is made to order on an order-by-order basis, therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges.
This item will be Installed onsite by the Manufacturer and any issues with the product will be addressed immediately.
Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
