With an interior measuring approximately 160 sq ft, the Shedlands Charlton 16x10 Summerhouse is the largest in the range, offering an extensive space, suitable for both leisure and working activities.
The Shedlands Charlton 16x10 Summerhouse offers plenty of room for all kinds of leisure or work activities. Entry is easy though double doors and the interior benefits from a bay window in the Georgian style plus two other large side windows that are top hung to introduce a pleasant air flow.
Built to a very high standard, and well-designed with timber cladding, the Shedlands Charlton 16x10 Summerhouse can be a relaxing retreat, a spacious working area or even just a generously sized storage space. Perhaps a mixture of all three. The Georgian-style double doors each have six panes and are glazed with toughened glass. They come complete with a black ornate handle and lever lock and black antique hinges.
At the front of the structure is an attractive bay window, and there are two top-hung windows on either side of the summerhouse, allowing a cool flow of air to circulate. The structure also features an overhanging roof.

All Shedlands products come with free installation and delivery across England and Wales within 4 weeks of the order date.
Please note deliveries in Scotland will be subject to a delivery surcharge, please contact us for more information.
If you chose not to purchase the base frame then it is your responsibility to prepare a suitable, hard standing flat base prior to delivery of the building. The installation team must have clear access to the install site

This product range is made to order on an order-by-order basis, therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges.
This item will be Installed onsite by the Manufacturer and any issues with the product will be addressed immediately.
Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
