Is very spacious and the largest of the range, the Shedlands 12 x 8 Dutch Barn is handcrafted using traditional methods and from quality timber.
Shedlands 12 x 8 Dutch Barn concealed internal screws, which offer additional security and cleaner aesthetics, are used instead of pins and staples, while high-grade timber replaces the cheaper alternative of chipboard and OSB.
The Shedlands 12 x 8 Dutch Barn is solidly constructed, the curved roof is covered with durable roofing felt and the three windows are fitted with horticultural glass, which lets in lots of sunlight.
With large double doors on the front, carrying large equipment to store inside is no problem. There's also a high ridge which provides a useful loft area.

All Shedlands products come with free installation and delivery across England and Wales within 4 weeks of the order date.
Please note deliveries in Scotland will be subject to a delivery surcharge, please contact us for more information.
If you chose not to purchase the base frame then it is your responsibility to prepare a suitable, hard standing flat base prior to delivery of the building. The installation team must have clear access to the install site

This product range is made to order on an order-by-order basis, therefore is exempt from our usual cancellation and returns policy. Any cancellations after your order has started production may not be able to be cancelled or may be subject to cancellation charges.
This item will be Installed onsite by the Manufacturer and any issues with the product will be addressed immediately.
Although a very rare occurrence, this does not affect any orders that arrive damaged or faulty, whereby our normal terms on receiving a faulty product will apply.
