Mercia Poppy Playhouse
Mercia Poppy Playhouse is a charming and traditional building, in which your children can play and explore their imagination while spending time in the garden. Mercia Poppy Playhouse Featuring a minimum 12mm finger gap around the door, rounded timbers and ventilation holes, our playhouses are EN71 certified and UKCA Marked, to ensure they are safe for your children to play with every day.
Mercia Poppy Playhouse is manufactured here in the UK, using sustainably sourced and regulated timber, this playhouse is constructed using quality materials to ensure a strong and weatherproof build. The walls of this playhouse are constructed using premium horizontal interlocking tongue and groove boards with a shiplap profile.
Mercia Poppy Playhouse shiplap profile includes a protective and aesthetically pleasing lip to create a strong, weatherproof panel. Complete with thick wooden framing to support the cladding internally, this building offers a rigid and long-lasting structure. Solid sheet board is used to form the floor and roof, a durable material that is made up of several layers of tightly compacted oriented strands. Solid sheet board is perfect for everyday general use.
Mercia Poppy Playhouse robust roofing felt, fixtures and fittings are all supplied as standard, alongside our detailed instructions and our manufacturer’s recommendations, to ensure a simple and stress free assembly process.
Mercia Poppy Playhouse come with an Anti-rot guarantee, to ensure your garden building looks great and lasts the test of time, this building in particular comes with a conditional 10 year Anti-rot guarantee as well as a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Annual re-treatment is required to maintain your building and the Anti-rot guarantee.

What happens after you have places an Order?
You will be able to book delivery, change delivery, raise tickets directly with Mercia support team in their customer portal.
On the morning of your delivery you will receive a text message with a 2-hour delivery slot. Your delivery slot will be between 7am and 7pm.
Our drivers will deliver your garden building kerbside and you don't need to be home to receive the delivery! Simply leave a signed note inside your door that is visible to our drivers, giving them permission to leave the order in your absence.
Vehicle
This manufacturer operates mostly 3.5 ton small flat-bed trucks. These will reach most locations an average car can. On occasion, a larger 7.5 ton lorry may be necessary.
Access
Unloading will take place at the kerb-side or onto your adjacent driveway. Vehicles will not leave the public highway. A driver may be willing to carry the goods into your garden at their own discretion. Goods cannot be carried through your home, therefore if necessary please arrange some extra help privately.
Orders with Optional Installation
The delivery of your goods will happen independently (as if for a self-assembly order) and prior to installation. Typically, the manufacturer's installation team will be scheduled to visit your address 2-3 days after delivery. You will be advised of the installation date by telephone. Note: Due to additional labour scheduling, an installation service option may add approximately 3 weeks to the overall delivery period.

Returns
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for any reason whatsoever (unless the product is bespoke).
Please send us an email and request a return ( sales@premiumgarden.co.uk). We would be grateful if you would let us know the reason for the return.
For us to accept a return and issue a full refund you must not have treated or altered the building in any way.
We would ask that you keep the goods in good condition and that they are returned in the same condition as when they were delivered.
Goods that were delivered flat packed must be returned in the same condition including complete disassembly. Care must be taken to ensure that Goods returned are packed well to avoid damage or loss in transit.
Goods returned which cannot be sold as new due to damage or wear and tear may be subject to a reduction in the refunds given.
You will be able to go on line and book a convenient day for collection, exactly as you did for the delivery.
Bespoke Buildings
If you decide to cancel after production has commenced you will be liable for the cost of work to the date of cancellation.
If you cancel after the building has been despatched you will be liable for the cost of the building and the return cost, unless the building is incorrect, faulty or substantially damaged on delivery resulting in the building being unfit for purpose. For minor damage replacement parts will be despatched.
Charges for Cancellation?
In certain situations a charge may be levied for the collection of cancelled goods. Shire does not profit from any such charges and they are levied as the direct cost for the collection of the goods. If there is a charge for collection, we will notify you as soon as possible. Any charges are retained from the refund returned to customers.
Refunds
We will process refunds within 30 days.
Information Regarding Mercia Installation & Paint Work
Installations can take up to 28 days, the customer is required to complete a preinstallation questionnaire confirming base information and access to garden.
Mercia aim to complete installation orders within 14 working days, but this is based on the return of the questionnaire from the customer. (see link below)

The paint and installation service tales around 28 days, the Mercia confirms the colour you have selected via a questionnaire, rather than at point of purchase.
Guarantees
As standard, Mercia offer a 1 year manufacturer's guarantee on our entire range.
Mercia offer a 10 year anti-rot guarantee on all of our dip treated buildings. All that's required is that you treat the building with a preservative and waterproof treatment once installed and annually thereafter.
On Mercia pressure treated buildings they offer a 15 year anti-rot guarantee. All that is required is that you treat the building with a waterproof treatment once installed and annually thereafter.
