Mercia 20 x 10 Overlap Apex Shed is the largest shed in the Overlap range offering an extremely vast open and spacious interior that is suitable for many purposes. This building would make a great workshop with ample space for large equipment and tools as well as storing general gardening equipment and furniture. Boasting wide double doors this building provides easy access and storage of large items. Styrene windows allow light into the interior while being safe and shatterproof.
Manufactured here in the UK using sustainably sourced and regulated timber this building is great for those who require a shed that offers great quality with excellent value. The walls of this store are made using horizontal boards that overlap each other this traditional method of construction creates a solid panel that encourages rain water to run off the building protecting your stored possessions from the elements. Solid sheet board is used to form the floor and roof a durable material that is made up of several layers of tightly compacted oriented strands. Solid sheet board is perfect for everyday use and general storage.
Mercia 20 x 10 Overlap Apex Shed is complete with thick wooden internal framing to support the overlap panelling creating a rigid long lasting structure. The traditional apex roofline provides generous head height for storing taller items and storage units. Robust roofing felt fixtures and fittings are all supplied as standard alongside our detailed instructions and our manufacturer’s recommendations to ensure a simple stress free assembly process.
Mercia 20 x 10 Overlap Apex Shed come with an Anti-rot guarantee to ensure your garden building looks great and lasts the test of time this building in particular comes with a conditional 10 year Anti-rot guarantee as well as a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Annual re-treatment is required to maintain your building and the Anti-rot guarantee.

What happens after you have places an Order?
You will be able to book delivery, change delivery, raise tickets directly with Mercia support team in their customer portal.
On the morning of your delivery you will receive a text message with a 2-hour delivery slot. Your delivery slot will be between 7am and 7pm.
Our drivers will deliver your garden building kerbside and you don't need to be home to receive the delivery! Simply leave a signed note inside your door that is visible to our drivers, giving them permission to leave the order in your absence.
Vehicle
This manufacturer operates mostly 3.5 ton small flat-bed trucks. These will reach most locations an average car can. On occasion, a larger 7.5 ton lorry may be necessary.
Access
Unloading will take place at the kerb-side or onto your adjacent driveway. Vehicles will not leave the public highway. A driver may be willing to carry the goods into your garden at their own discretion. Goods cannot be carried through your home, therefore if necessary please arrange some extra help privately.
Orders with Optional Installation
The delivery of your goods will happen independently (as if for a self-assembly order) and prior to installation. Typically, the manufacturer's installation team will be scheduled to visit your address 2-3 days after delivery. You will be advised of the installation date by telephone. Note: Due to additional labour scheduling, an installation service option may add approximately 3 weeks to the overall delivery period.

Returns
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for any reason whatsoever (unless the product is bespoke).
Please send us an email and request a return ( sales@premiumgarden.co.uk). We would be grateful if you would let us know the reason for the return.
For us to accept a return and issue a full refund you must not have treated or altered the building in any way.
We would ask that you keep the goods in good condition and that they are returned in the same condition as when they were delivered.
Goods that were delivered flat packed must be returned in the same condition including complete disassembly. Care must be taken to ensure that Goods returned are packed well to avoid damage or loss in transit.
Goods returned which cannot be sold as new due to damage or wear and tear may be subject to a reduction in the refunds given.
You will be able to go on line and book a convenient day for collection, exactly as you did for the delivery.
Bespoke Buildings
If you decide to cancel after production has commenced you will be liable for the cost of work to the date of cancellation.
If you cancel after the building has been despatched you will be liable for the cost of the building and the return cost, unless the building is incorrect, faulty or substantially damaged on delivery resulting in the building being unfit for purpose. For minor damage replacement parts will be despatched.
Charges for Cancellation?
In certain situations a charge may be levied for the collection of cancelled goods. Shire does not profit from any such charges and they are levied as the direct cost for the collection of the goods. If there is a charge for collection, we will notify you as soon as possible. Any charges are retained from the refund returned to customers.
Refunds
We will process refunds within 30 days.
Information Regarding Mercia Installation & Paint Work
Installations can take up to 28 days, the customer is required to complete a preinstallation questionnaire confirming base information and access to garden.
Mercia aim to complete installation orders within 14 working days, but this is based on the return of the questionnaire from the customer. (see link below)

The paint and installation service tales around 28 days, the Mercia confirms the colour you have selected via a questionnaire, rather than at point of purchase.
Guarantees
As standard, Mercia offer a 1 year manufacturer's guarantee on our entire range.
Mercia offer a 10 year anti-rot guarantee on all of our dip treated buildings. All that's required is that you treat the building with a preservative and waterproof treatment once installed and annually thereafter.
On Mercia pressure treated buildings they offer a 15 year anti-rot guarantee. All that is required is that you treat the building with a waterproof treatment once installed and annually thereafter.
