The trellis arbour has been designed to help create a little haven of tranquillity in your garden. Our ergonomically designed 3 seat bench, made to bring you hours of comfortable sitting, allowing you to take time out with a favourite book, or just share some time with a favourite person. Dressed up for summer with a cushion or two and a maybe a throw or blanket for your legs when the sunny days draw into the evenings, helping you to make the most of your garden. Traditional design and clean uncluttered lines mean this little arbour will fit in and complement any corner of any garden.

This top quality wooden trellis arbour is made from the finest timber with a lovely smooth finish and attractive grain. It is fixed entirely with screws and is designed for stability. The seat slats are screwed from behind so there are no screws visible from the front. The 5th grade Redwood timber is pressure treated to Hazard Class 4 (HC4) making it rot free for as long as 25 years.

Expected delivery time is currently within 1-2 weeks.
Standard pallet deliveries are Monday – Friday only.
Many of our products will arrive on a pallet, some of them will arrive fully assembled and some part assembled, please see individual product descriptions for details. The delivery driver will usually have to leave the pallet at the front of the house, either on a drive or in a front garden (provided there is adequate access into your grounds, and suitable surfacing for the use of a pump truck) If you do not have either of these, or your access is limited or unsuitable for delivering a pallet by these means it would be advisable to be in when the driver arrives so that you can unload the pallet at the kerbside and move your product somewhere safe. The delivery vehicle that it arrives in will be at least the size of a full size dustbin lorry or bigger, as these large pallets require a tail lift vehicle in order to offload the consignment. So it is important to have a think about any restricted access issues and let us know in advance, as this will help avoid any costly *fees which could be incurred due failed delivery attempts due to inadequate access.
*Any fees incurred from the delivery couriers, through us not being adequately informed will be passed on to the customer.
How do I cancel an order and return an item?
You have the right to return most goods to us within 14 days under the consumer contracts regulations June 2014 (Please see exclusions list below). This is your rights to cancel your contract with us. Please note - in common with all major retailers - once an item leaves our premises or a suppliers premises then any cancellation would be deemed to be a return and may be subject to a restocking or other fees.
We are sorry you want to return item, rest-assured our returns process is easy and simply to complete. Please follow the steps below so that we can process your return.
- The first thing you must do if you wish to return your purchase to us is inform our customer service team. This should preferably be done via email to sales@premiumgarden.co.uk
- Please clearly indicate your desired outcome, and reason for return in your first contact.
- If the item arrived damaged, please ensure you attached clear images of the damage from a few angles to your email, so that our team can clearly see and evaluate the damage. At our discretion we will then proceed with resolving this with you.
- Once your returns request has been picked up by one of our customer services team, you may be asked to fill out a returns form.
- Once your return has been received and examined, your refund will be issued within 7-10 working days.
- There will be a charge at cost for return and original delivery of any cancelled order. There may be occasions where we dont charge for original delivery but assume there will be charge as mentioned.
There is no right of return and we do not accept any returns after a 14-day period from the date of delivery.
