Amazonas Globo Chair Ultimate Set is Recommended For Outdoor use because: it is made from spruce which is weatherproofed and comes with cushions shown which are washable. The metal fixings are galvanised which means they will not rust.
The ideal protective cover for the Globo Single Stand is included in Amazonas Globo Single Seater Chair Ultimate Set.
When the Stand is not in use, the cover which is designed to fit snug around the stand is fixed securely around the base with an elasticated band. This cover is also suitable with any Globo Single Sets. Please note this cover is designed to protect from showers and garden debris, dirt etc and not for protection throughout the winter months.Quick and easy to set up thanks to the zip and packs away again in a jiffy.
Included in the Amazonas Globo Chair Ultimate Set is an elegant side table is made from FSC certified weatherproofed spruce. It comes with galvanised fittings and perfectly complements the Globo Swing Chairs or Siena Seat with the same wood finish.
Included in the Amazonas Globo Chair Ultimate Set is the Globo Siena Uno Seat sofa which will look wonderful in any house or garden especially when placed alongside the Globo Swing Chairs. The elegant legs and frame is made from weatherproofed spruce that is FSCTM-certified so you can leave it out all year around. DELIVERY FAQ'S
I live in the Scottish Highlands, none UK mainland or the Channel Islands?
A delivery surcharge may apply to these addresses as well as a slightly extended delivery time. Please contact us for a quotation if you are ordering from outside the mainland UK.
Are you able to allocate delivery slots? Does someone need to be in?
We are not able to allocate delivery slots with any courier service we use, you should however receive an email or text with the ETA of your delivery on the appropriate day. Should you not receive these, you will have been provided with a tracking code that allows you to see real-time updates of your delivery and may find an ETA there.
Damages / accepting the delivery
Before accepting and signing for the delivery, customers should check the items and if any damage is suspected ensure that you indicate this when the delivery is signed for. Customers that have received damaged items should notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and should provide photographs as evidence.
Returns
We offer a simply 14-day standard returns policy.
In the event that you wish to process a return, you simply need to contact sales@premiumgarden.co.uk.
If we delivered the wrong item or it arrived damaged then we will pay for the return delivery costs (we need photographic / video proof of damaged goods). This kind of return must be communicated to us within 24 hours of delivery signature.
If you have changed your mind then you are responsible for returning the item to us, at your own cost.
Goods returned must be insured to cover the total value in case they are lost or stolen.
In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
